I-MED Radiology operates more than 250 clinics and performs over 6 million patient procedures each year, making us Australia's largest provider of medical imaging - and the 3rd largest provider in the world. Work that matters
Reporting directly to our General Manager VIC/TAS, this is a newly created, senior leadership position that has the remit to deliver impactful patient and service excellence with a market leader.
Working with an exceptional BU leadership team and industry recognised Doctors and clinicians, you will be responsible for driving service excellence leadership and support, developing and implementing cross-cutting initiatives to increase revenue, improve patient and referrer experience, and improve efficiencies across the BU and wider network. Core accountabilities include:
Delivery of Initiatives - Prioritise the development and drive implementation of BU-wide plans/programs that support clinical and operational excellence
Team Leadership - leadership of a small, centralised workforce planning and forecasting function that delivers critical workflow activities to ensure low reporting times, reduced waiting lists and utilises our experienced doctor workforce as effectively as possible.
Service Delivery - Achieve quality, cost and productivity targets through the proactive management of operational and clinic management processes, systems and standards across the region.
Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business performance and improved outcomes.
As a people leader you are a superb communicator and influencer, as well as deadline driven and able to demonstrate outstanding capability in delivering goals, initiatives and operational improvements. You are driven, energetic and experienced in championing change at all levels of an organisation. Key to your success is your ability to understand and navigate complex stakeholder environments, engage your team and peers effectively and build consensus where required.
You are someone who enjoys working with a market leader where we don't follow the market - but lead it Healthcare experience would be highly regarded - however the key will be your experience working in complex multidisciplinary organisation, with an in depth understanding of business drivers and which levers to pull to affect positive results.
