We are currently recruiting for suitably qualified Trainer & Assessors to deliver our Cookery, Patisserie, and Hospitality Courses.

You must hold one or more of the following qualifications:

- Certificate III - IV in Commercial Cookery
- Certificate III - IV in Patisserie
- Diploma of Hospitality

**In addition, you must hold one of the following training credentials**
- **TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment**:

- **TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus **the following units: _either TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A _**and **_either TAEASS502, TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B_

**We are looking for someone;**
- A passion for Cookery, Hospitality and the experience and enthusiasm ability to share knowledge and experience.
- Computer literate eg. word, excel, Powerpoint and other related programs.
- Good interpersonal skills and knowledge to communicate and manage students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and environments.
- Sound understanding of Vocational Education principles.
- Strong communication skills;
- Excellent presentation and can-do attitude.
