We are currently recruiting for suitably qualified Trainer & Assessors to deliver our Cookery, Patisserie, and Hospitality Courses.

You must hold one or more of the following qualifications:

  • Certificate III
  • IV in Commercial Cookery
  • Certificate III
- IV in Patisserie

  • Diploma of Hospitality

In addition, you must hold one of the following training credentials
-
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment:


  • TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units: _either TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A _
    and _either TAEASS502, TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B_

We are looking for someone;

  • A passion for Cookery, Hospitality and the experience and enthusiasm ability to share knowledge and experience.
  • Computer literate eg. word, excel, Powerpoint and other related programs.
  • Good interpersonal skills and knowledge to communicate and manage students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and environments.
  • Sound understanding of Vocational Education principles.
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Excellent presentation and cando attitude.

From $65,000.00 per year
