**Remuneration**: $63,530 per annum - $67,628 per annum + super and annual leave loading

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Associate Director, Workforce Planning and Programs and the broader Workforce Planning and Programs team. Please refer to the Role Description and Position Conditions and General Info

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and attributes:

- Commitment to provide exceptional administrative support in a demanding environment.
- Confident in your ability to prioritize and monitor workflows for multiple people.
- Capable to work autonomously and effectively follow business processes.
- High level of interpersonal communication skills; with the ability to work with a range of professionals.
- Ability to organize, track and manage correspondence, documents, records and data files.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and can learn new database software packages as required.
