**In this role you will**:

- Prepare written analysis associated with an organisations investigation and in response to queries raised as part of the Commission's oversight of investigations and the management of incoming enquiries, phone calls and written correspondence.
- Engage with members of the public, including parents and carers about the Scheme
- Provide advice to organisations and others about the Scheme

About You
- Possess sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have well developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Be able to manage a range of competing priorities and work independently and as part of a team.
- Have experience in a regulatory environment and/or in an organisation or area related to the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.
- Empathetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment
