We are a Uniting Church day and boarding school for girls, Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 located in Como, close to the river and Perth CBD.

We are looking for a highly organised administrator to join our busy team in the role of Secondary School Administrative Assistant (Student Services). This is a part-time (0.6 FTE) position working three days a week on an initial 12-month contract.

Duties related to this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Providing administrative support for the Secondary School Psychologists
- Acting as Front Desk support for Student Services in providing a high level of customer service to all customers (internal and external).
- Providing administrative support to the Community Service Coordinators
- Producing community service reports and assist with community service placements.
- Ensuring systems and process are efficient and effective.

- Outstanding communication / interpersonal skills, strong customer focus and exceptional attention to detail;
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Significant administration experience;
- The ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively as a member of a team fostering and promoting positive personal relationships with all stakeholders.
