We are looking for a passionate, personable and supportive leader to drive the strategic, compliance and operational aspects of our talent and learning & development needs for our diverse workforce.

You will build and maintain strong relationships across Council to understand the needs of the organisation and foster an engaging and rewarding learning experience.

This exciting opportunity will also be responsible for managing and supporting Council’s cadet, graduate, apprentice and trainee program and study assistance programs.

You will support the implementation and continued optimisation of a Learning Management System (LMS).

Proven ability to plan, deliver and evaluate training programs for leadership, succession planning and development as well as onboarding/induction programs for employees and volunteers will be pivotal to your success.

- Permanent full time, 35 hours per week with access to flexi-time
- Salary range up to $105,059.24 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
