THE OPPORTUNITY
This role, Reporting to the National Recoveries Manager, offers excellent prospects for a driven professional to further enhance their negotiation and communication skills whilst supporting the FM Operations team with all activities relating to the general administration duties and requirements.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Accurate data entry and system management providing stakeholders with timely and thorough reports
- Preparation of notifications, quotes and invoice request documents for recoverables
- Effectively communicate with landlords to drive successful quotations
- Proactively assist in reviewing/resolving recoverables differences i.e. 3rd party damage incurred costs
- Liaise with multiple departments and stakeholders - City operations, finance departments, contractors in respect recoverables rights and obligations
- Support the City management team with ad hoc requests

**To be considered for this role you will have / be**:

- Cert III / IV in Business - Highly regarded
- Strong IT skills in Database and systems management
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel & MS Office - Essential
- Demonstrate superior organisational skills and ability to manage a range of tasks
- Proactive communicator
- Technical administration skills - Preferred
