We are recruiting Community Support Assistants to support, elderly clients with a number of services including social support (in home and the community), personal care, medication support, meal preparation, light domestic duties and transportation. The regions of travel are based within the **Brisbane inner Northern Suburbs**.

With a restorative and wellness approach, our support staff focus on the ultimate goal to support clients to remain at home and engaged in their local community.

Community Support Assistants make a difference in the lives of our clients and families. **We are looking for Permanent Part time and Casual employees who would like regular hours and clients.**

Key attributes include respect, confidentiality, understanding, empathy as well as adherence to WHS procedures and legislation.

We encourage community support workers with experience in aged care or support work who are passionate about working alongside the frail aged and people with dementia to apply. We love staff who possess a genuine desire to assist clients fulfil their needs and goals.

**_ Role Prerequisites_**
- Experience in aged care or support work
- Minimum Cert III qualification in Aged Care / Community Care / Individual Support (or some equivalent qualifications)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or be willing to obtain)
- Current Queensland Open Drivers Licence
- Well maintained, reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance (you will be required to travel between our clients homes & sometimes transport clients in your vehicle)
- Availability required across at least 3 days Monday to Friday
- COVID vaccination
- Access to Smart Phone technology
- National Police Certificate (or be willing to obtain)
