Are you a highly organised and outcome-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences?
We are seeking a full-time fixed-term Administrator/Coordinator who will provide P&C Project Support to the P&C Business Partnering team. You will focus on team coordination and support key elements of the employee life cycle through P&C projects and initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting to Head of P&C Partnering, you will:
- Provide administration support to the Head of P&C Partnering, with a focus on diary management.
- Coordinate effective team meetings, room bookings and preparation of meeting documentation.
- Support the audit and governance of people data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and deliver operational people-related reports, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support P&C Partners with actioning items and notifications in Workday system (HRIS).
- Provide administration support for project and event management.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to administer core people processes, including training sessions, goal setting, talent sessions and performance reviews.
About you
What you’ll bring to the table
- Proven experience in Team Administration, Coordination and Project Support, showcasing exceptional attention to detail and a passion for P&C.
- Initiative-driven with a proactive problem-solving approach, fostering continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working with competing priorities and eager to take on new assignments.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills, building rapport with leaders and employees at all levels.
- Proficency using MS tools, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Passionate about continuous improvement, confidentiality, and handling sensitive information.
- A true team player with a collaborative attitude.
