**This is a maternity relief position and should the permanent incumbent require an early return from maternity leave, this contract of employment will cease with two weeks notice. Maternity relief positions can be for a period of up to 12 months, with the possibility of continued employment for up to a further 12 months for maternity leave reduced hours, therefore there are no claims to permanency.**

Central Coast Local Health District has an opportunity for a dynamic clinical lead in the Whole Family Team. You will have extensive knowledge of specialised mental health assessments and interventions and have a passion for driving innovation and quality patient centric care.

- You have demonstrated ability to lead a team of passionate professionals and to provide clinical supervision and practice development, and advanced skills in communication.-
- Completion of a relevant Tertiary qualification suitable for the following:
- _Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 2_
- _Occupational Therapist Level 4_
- _Senior Psychologist_
- _Social Worker Level 4_

**What you'll be doing**

WFT is a key therapeutic service working in the family preservation area, providing intensive support to vulnerable families on the Central Coast where parental mental health and/or substance use places children at risk of harm (ROSH). Services are delivered in close collaboration with Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ), usually in the home, with the focus of supporting parents to strengthen their parenting capacity and family functioning so children can safely remain with their family.
