**Part-time - Practice Manager**

**Identity Dentistry** is seeking an additional excellent practice manager to join our middle management team. This is a great opportunity for a 2IC or PM to join a fast-growing dental group to take your career to the next level. We are a privately owned brand with several dental practices in NSW and ACT.

**About the role**

This role requires experience in both reception/ nursing and management.

Management key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Leading and developing a high-performing team in a positive environment for both staff and patients
- Maintain sterilisation, infection control standards and stock control
- Human Resources including recruitment and selection for support staff, training, performance reviews and monthly staff rostering.
- Operations and administration of the practice, including monitoring practice KPIs and strategy planning.
- Following up and converting new patient leads and assisting the payment plan process for patients.
- Patient greeting;
- Monitoring and ordering clinical and clerical stocks;
- Liaising with the laboratory for clinical lab work logistics;
- Handling patient payments: Health Fund, Eftpos and cash payments;
- Scheduling patient appointments;
- Managing recall, reactivation and treatment of outstanding appointments;
- Banking and settling daily accounts;
**About you**
- At least one year of 2IC or dental practice manager experience;
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and willing to learn attitudes;
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent and demonstrated ability in team management / Human Resources;
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- An enthusiastic self-starter with a can-do attitude and a good problem solver;
- Innovative and proactive, with solid time management skills and able to multi-task

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $61,811.65 - $85,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
