**About the role**:
Reporting to the National Health and Wellbeing Manager, we have an exciting position for a customer focused Injury Management Advisor to join our team. Currently, the position is based in Perth at our Customer Fulfilment Centre or South Australia, and we support a hybrid work approach (on-site and working from home) and this role is 24 hours per week.

This role will help to drive the Officeworks Safety culture and provides high level advice and support regarding injury management and return to work planning for all work and non-work-related injuries and illnesses to sites across WA, SA and NT.

You will assist in the development and implementation of national decisions relating to Return-to-Work Planning for injured Officeworks team members. With a focus on liaising and consulting with injured team members, treating practitioners, site leadership team and the workers compensation claims management team you will provide strategic injury management advice, coach, and support key holders. You will attend case conferences and participate in multi-disciplinary reviews to discuss recovery and return to work progress.
