**As the Advisor, Talent Acquisition, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Act as the point of contact for the resolution of applicant queries, including liaising with external providers.
- Identify potential risks and conflicts and inform management.
- Develop and deliver relevant training to HR practitioners and relevant stakeholders.
- Undertake recruitment activities and checks to ensure that applicants are eligible for appointment in accordance with legislative requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in the development, implementation, coordination and ongoing delivery of recruitment and selection activities.
- Contribute to the development, review and implementation of recruitment policy and practices, including reporting.
- Provide highly professional customer focused services to customers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate, monitor and prioritise recruitment activities including general administration operations.
- Undertake HR projects as directed to deliver high quality HR solutions and client outcomes aligned to the strategic and operational direction of the organisation.
- Develop and administer systems and processes that ensure the integrity of HR information and ensure confidentiality of documentation is managed appropriately.

**The successful applicant will demonstrate**:

- Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills for liaising with management and staff at all levels, to gain commitments and negotiate service delivery, priorities, deadlines, resources and other relevant issues.
- Effective interpersonal skills as evidenced by the ability to build successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders with a range of competing interests.
- Demonstrated written communication and research skills including the ability to prepare reports and submissions on complex matters.
