Resource Coordinator

**Resource Coordinator - N2P**:

- Date: 31 Jul 2023- Location: Cremorne, VIC, AU, 3022- Company: VentiaOur Fixed Networks team within Ventia's Telecommunications sector in **Cremorne** are seeking a **Resource Coordinator** to provide support to the National Resource Manager and Project team by enhancing collaboration and sharing of information with a view to maximise resource utilisation across the **N2P **program.

**About the role**

The Resource Coordinator will provide support to the project team by identifying resource opportunities, improving the onboarding experience for our Contractors, assisting with their growth, and organising the required and potential training.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Assist contractors with their onboarding documents and any payment queries
- Liaise with the HSE & Commercial Teams to minimise time required for onboarding
- Assist SHEQ (Safety) advisors with obtaining outstanding subcontractor SHEQ requirements.
- Support the contractors with work opportunity queries
- Initiate the conversation to activate idle resources
- Coordinate with the project manager and superintendent for new and existing contractors.
- Maintain and update onboarding tracker and capabilities spreadsheets

**About you**
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with ability to negotiate
- Critical and creative thinking
- MS Office Suite, Excel, outlook etc.. (PowerBI Desirable)
- The ability to set goals and achieve objectives within budget and timeframes
- Experience with reporting and tracking within internal systems
