**The Role**

Reporting to the HSEQ Manager, your key responsibilities include:

- Support and encourage project teams to implement, maintain and improve the PACT Integrated HSEQ system and site activities
- Conduct regular risk assessments, inspections and internal and external audits
- Provide accurate and timely technical advice to stakeholders and to assist with legal compliance
- Assist subcontractors to develop and document safety processes
- Incident and injury management including reporting and investigations
- Work with Site Managers to review and monitor subcontractor HSEQ performance
- Attend meetings to provide HSEQ advice and guidance

**You**

To be considered for this role you will have:

- Certificate IV in WHS or equivalent
- Current Drivers Licence (minimum C class)
- Construction Induction Training (“White Card”)
- Strong leadership qualities
- Basic ability in Microsoft Office
- Have the ability to demonstrate customer service skills to development and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers (office staff, clients, suppliers, subcontractors) and stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Be able to work as part of a team
