**About the role**

Reporting to the General Manager - Marketing and acting as a key part of the **Storman **leadership team and group Software marketing team, the Marketing Manager for **Storman **is responsible for all marketing aspects of **Storman’s **strategic plan. Some of your key areas of responsibility will include:

- Deliver a comprehensive marketing communications plan to drive product adoption, engagement and business growth;
- Define, execute and analyse the marketing communications plan;
- Identify and document the evolving customer value proposition for each market segment;
- Act as system owner for Hubspot including customer data management, campaign asset creation and process optimisation;
- Communicate solution information about new and enhanced features to existing customers to drive brand loyalty and increase customer retention;
- Lead and ensure consistency in messaging, branding, content and look and feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials.

- 5 + years’ prior experience in a Marketing related role, ideally in a SaaS company;
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, and networking ability;
- Proven track record in managing marketing pipeline generation including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis;
- Demonstrable experience with HubSpot marketing automation tools, including process optimisation and workflow creation;
- Experience with Adobe Creative suite of tools ;
- Demonstrable experience maintaining WordPress sites (content updates, plugin maintenance, etc);
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to translate data into meaningful customer information.

**Please note this role is a 9-12 month maternity leave contract**
