We are currently recruiting for a talented and experienced **Barista** who places the customer first and makes the very best coffee in **Fairfield** This casual role is based at the **Thomas Embling **Hospital**, working within our onsite cafe to produce high quality beverages and assist with basic sandwich making.

**_ This casual role has shift times of either 7:30am-3:30pm or 8am-3pm (depending on your preference) for a minimum of 3 shifts a week. We do have plenty of other shifts within other teams available at this site, if you are looking for more hours. _**

**About the Role**:

- Consistently making excellent quality of coffee in high volumes
- Assisting with basic cafe food item preparation including sandwiches
- Taking orders from customers in a friendly and engaging manner
- General duties as required including service and cleaning up

**About You**
- Previous experience in a barista role within a cafe environment is essential
- Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Provide or be willing to obtain a COVID-19 proof of vaccination certificate + booster dose, flu vaccination and a National Police Clearance
