**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Providing job placement services within the WorkSafe scheme, helping injured clients find new employment
- Assisting clients in their journey back to work, building a better future
- Actively marketing clients’ skills to meet employers' needs
- Using your communication and people skills to work closely with insurance companies, medical practitioners, employers, and employees

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A solid understanding of the labour market and the ability to identify appropriate vocational options for clients
- The passion and ability to engage and motivate injured clients, helping them return to work with confidence
- Strong communication skills and confidence in liaising with a variety of stakeholders
- A sound knowledge of Workers’ Compensation and injury management
- Flexibility to travel with some overnight stays in regional locations

**Who You Are**:
You’re a Rehabilitation Counsellor (accredited with ASORC), Psychologist or Osteopath (with current AHPRA registration), or, you have significant experience in Occupational Rehabilitation and Job Placement Services, with a drive to make a difference in people’s lives.
