What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Providing job placement services within the WorkSafe scheme, helping injured clients find new employment
  2. Assisting clients in their journey back to work, building a better future
  3. Actively marketing clients' skills to meet employers' needs
  4. Using your communication and people skills to work closely with insurance companies, medical practitioners, employers, and employees
What We're Looking For:
  1. A solid understanding of the labour market and the ability to identify appropriate vocational options for clients
  2. The passion and ability to engage and motivate injured clients, helping them return to work with confidence
  3. Strong communication skills and confidence in liaising with a variety of stakeholders
  4. A sound knowledge of Workers' Compensation and injury management
  5. Flexibility to travel in Western region
Who You Are:

You're a Rehabilitation Counsellor (accredited with ASORC), Psychologist or Osteopath (with current AHPRA registration), or, you have significant experience in Occupational Rehabilitation and Job Placement Services, with a drive to make a difference in people's lives.
