**About the Program**

Our one-year Graduate Program provides an opportunity for each graduate to experience diverse experiences, supported throughout by a dedicated learning and development pathway.

During your one-year graduate program you will also receive regular mentoring with established leaders within the Opal business.

You will undertake your rotations in divisions such as: Paper and Recycling, Converting and Packaging, Fibre Packaging, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management and Procurement to expand your knowledge and skills.

- Minimum completion of a Bachelors’ degree of Supply Chain or relevant discipline

- Keen to get involved in day-to-day supply chain operations - you enjoy hands-on learning
- Someone who possesses strong analytical skills and enjoys working with complex challenges
- A relationship builder who can engage with people at many levels, influencing the outcome based on what’s best for the business

- Able to manage pressure when operating in a dynamic and challenging work environment
