Our client is one of Australia’s leading construction company’s specialising within the resource industry. They are currently delivering projects across Australia in water, renewables, and oil & gas.

We are searching for a Commercial Administrator for the Services division, supporting long term clients. This individual will support the Commercial Manager, managing upstream contracts within the project & business requirements.

While working closely with the Commercial Manager your role will include:

- Manage submissions, agreement of variations & rates
- Assist with the execution process for contracts
- Assist in client contract negotiations
- Maintain relevant documentation, contracts on database
- Administer the head contract in accordance with its documented requirements
- Manage the commercial /contract aspects in compliance with company standards
- Manage client relationships and attend meetings as required
- Provide advice & continuous improvement to the business

To be successful you must have at least 3 + years project contract / commercial administration experience within civil construction, mining / heavy construction, and a proven track record of being able to deliver results. Relevant degree qualifications required in Business, Finance, Quantity Surveying or similar.
