Due to internal promotion, our Professional Services Temp team are looking to a new consultant to join our Perth team in Burswood. Reporting to Professional Services Recruitment Manager, you will join an office of energetic consultants who like to have fun. There is currently 10 Consultants in the Professional Services Temp Team with a total of 45 Consultants in the PERSOLKELLY Perth Branch.

Due to internal promotion we have a vacancy on our temp desk looking after our Utilities & Higher Education clients. We have 5 newly signed large contracts in place with leading brands across Perth. This will include the recruitment of temporary roles including; Admin, EA's/ PA's, Recruitment, HR, Marketing, Reception, Call Centre/ Customer Service etc. Your role would be to introduce yourself to hiring managers across these clients and to support them with their temporary recruitment needs.

**_Size: _**_13 temps_

**_Weekly GP:_**_ $2,500/week_

**Duties will include**:

- Taking responsibility for numerous existing client accounts and growing/ retaining those relationships
- Building relationships with new national clients that we have T&C's with but are not currently trading with across Perth
- Meeting with your clients to gather recruitment requirements and take any job specifications
- Working collaboratively with the entire team, with active contribution to team marketing and training
- Checking in with clients regarding new and ongoing employees
- Meeting agreed KPI activity and revenue targets

**Desirable applicants will possess**:

- Minimum of 12 months experience in an account management or sales role
- Experience working in a high-pressured environment, meeting deadlines, working towards KPI's
- Previous experience working directly with multiple clients meeting them in person
- Fantastic attention to detail and ability to be versatile with conflicting priorities throughout the day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have drivers licence and own vehicle
- A desire and competitive drive to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
