**About the role**-
**Key responsibilities**:

- Complete your client care and account management calls towards utmost service delivery, contractor retention and risk management
- Effectively manage your Job Vacancies with an innovative approach and keep stakeholders always informed of progress
- Negotiate terms of business with clients to ensure a positive working framework

**Key Criteria**
- Demonstrated understanding of the recruiting process, across the entire life cycle.
- Effective delivery of quality service within your discipline.
- 3-5+ years' experience within a recruitment agency is an essential requirement
- Confidence and ability to work autonomously within a mature and driven team; experience within Engineering industry preferred but not mandatory.
