The People Development & Enablement Manager will partner with the business to deliver customised career progression, learning and development frameworks, identify and manage talent and implement initiatives to retain our workforce.

To succeed in this endeavour, you will:

- Implement and oversee programs that increase efficiency, strengthen employee knowledge and skills & improve leadership.
- Deliver training programs suited to uplifting our Front-Line Leaders and supporting career development of Emerging Leaders.
- Design and implement a Capability Framework aligned to the people strategy and organisational goals, providing support and guidance on change management initiatives.
- Leverage change management methodologies, process and tools to create change management strategies to support adoption of changes required by a project or initiative. Facilitate Talent Mapping and Succession Planning across all DPS operational and functional business units bi-annually.

Our work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources or a related field. With further professional development in project management and/or change methodologies.
- Experience in a Human Resources management, Learning or Organisational Development role within the professional services industry.
- Strategic experience aligning organisational change and development initiatives with overall business goals and values.

More than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a drive to manage critical projects and programs that build sovereign capability and deliver complex things that matter.
