**The Role**

This role is for a commercial litigation enthusiast You will work closely with a Partner and provide a high level of support across a diverse range of complex and juicy commercial disputes

Duties may include:

- Drafting and collating court documents including Briefs to Counsel
- Court filing (electronic)
- Drafting correspondence
- Conduct relevant searches eg. title, company and PPSR
- Conducting research
- Extensive diary management including scheduling meetings and setting reminders for Court dates
- Client liaison - providing updates and responding to enquiries
- Timesheet entry and billing

This role will suit someone who is proactive and thrives in a fast paced environment where no two days will be the same

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum of 12 months experience as a legal secretary
- 5-star organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workflow
- Energetic and engaging work ethic
