With a proud history starting in Adelaide, today Fielders manufactures and markets steel building products across Australia. We deliver customer-inspired outcomes that support architects, engineers, builders, installers and property owners in creating their vision.

**In this exciting leadership role**, you will drive continuous improvement of the production of our products and operational systems. This opportunity is a key frontline leadership position that supports the supervisors, operations coordinators and the overall site, ensuring the success of planned delivery schedules are on-time meeting our customer expectations.

**This is a Monday to Friday role, working a 38-hour week within the trading hours of 5am to 1pm.**

**What Will You Do?**

While engaging and leading the team, you’ll actively participate in providing the required operational discipline and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for:

- developing and maintaining strong relationships with the stakeholders
- providing support to the scheduling team and manage conflicting priorities and customer orders ensuring on-time delivery
- optimising the efficiency, effectiveness and cost associated with the daily operations
- working collaboratively with logistics team and sales and be solution focused
- being innovative, agile and have a proactive approach to drive business innovation
