This is a role for an experienced digital editor with a passion for breaking news and features, as well as a solid understanding of how to grow audiences.

**Based in Martin Place, and reporting to the Editor-in-Chief, you will**:

- Assign stories to reporters
- Handle rolling coverage for major news events
- Edit copy for maximum impact
- Curate content on homepages
- Liaise and collaborate with Seven’s broadcast news team

**We are looking for someone who has**:

- A degree in journalism or equivalent
- A solid understanding of media law and ethics, and experience in digital journalism
- Proven experience working independently and setting editorial priorities
- An ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality or accuracy
- Motivation to find exclusive angles and create high-quality content that engages readers on digital platforms
