KASK has grown over the last two decades to become a pioneer in sport and workplace safety. From cycling to skiing to equestrian, KASK is a global standard-bearer in helmet production.

KASK has expanded to a team of 170 employees, operating across three subsidiaries and selling over a million helmets annually in more than 80 countries.

We are seeking a full-time marketing specialist to join our team in our Melbourne office.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Setting the marketing strategy for the business
- Ensuring the business reputation is well maintained and aligned with the competitive position in the market.
- Ensuring consistent branding across digital and traditional marketing channels
- Working closely with the sales team to develop effective campaigns
- Assessing the performance of Kask’s marketing campaigns and strategies by analysing key performance metrics
- Gathering information about the competition, consumer demographics, pricing, distributions, and other relevant information that would help Kask know its position on the market
- Working together with the creative team and staff from other departments to create useful promotional materials while adhering to brand guidelines
- Developing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns based on robust data, and communicating the recommendations to management
- Identifying effective new marketing and promotional channels, including the media channels to be used to deliver the product message to customers
- Creating and managing our digital media strategy
- Being actively involved in the execution of our lead generation programs and campaigns
- Relevant bachelor's degree
- You must also have at least 2 years of work experience in the field

The salary for the role is $100,00.00 and $140,000.00

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
