**Your new role**

The Fixed Assets Manager SWS Post Collections role is accountable for providing technical leadership for the ongoing development and implementation of Fixed Plant and Equipment maintenance across the 44 Solid Waste Services Post Collections operating facilities. The role will work with the business to develop and implement asset maintenance strategies across 44 post collections assets and ensure all maintenance plans are executed as required.

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage and lead the Fixed Plant and Equipment SWS Post Collections Team
- Establish and maintain processes for fixed plant and equipment systems across over 44 SWS Post Collections that provide governance, data integrity, documents, and process standardisation to deliver effective and efficient operation of those systems.
- Ensure the management of SWS Post Collections infrastructure and operational processes always remain compliant with relevant regulations and Australian Standards.
- Work with & lead maintenance resources to implement the maintenance plan.
- Use technical acumen and knowledge of the business to identify and assist in the implementation of continuous improvement opportunities and asset optimisation projects.
- Work with the businesses to set long term and yearly equipment replacement strategies.

**Your skills and experience**
- Previous maintenance management experience within a large complex environment.
- Extensive experience developing and implementing maintenance strategies to bring about a proactive and preventative maintenance culture.
- Experience with CMMS, ideally Oracle JDE or similar.
- You will be a strong communicator, with experience working in a Matrix organisation.
