Digital, Technology & Innovation branch is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to fill a temporary role of Team Leader IT Service Delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable leadership experience and play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of IT services.

**What We Offer**

In this temporary role (duration:12 weeks), you will lead a team of IT professionals responsible for delivering exceptional service to our internal staff. You will be responsible for:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT Service Delivery team.
- Proactively identifying and resolving IT incidents.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

**Essential**:

- A deep understanding of ITIL frameworks and a proven ability to implement ITSM best practices to deliver continuous service improvement.
- Proven experience in leading and motivating a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Experience in building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers. A passion for exceeding customer expectations and driving continuous service improvement within the branch.
