**Project Coordinator**:
The Project Coordinator will influence and become an integral part of Kat&Co’s reputation as an agency that is unrelenting in its commitment to original creative, design and detail.

As part of the support team, the Project Coordinator will be proactive, efficient, a great communicator, demonstrate organisational excellence and be driven to deliver projects to the highest standard.

**Responsibilities**:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the delivery of complex, medium to large scale projects for highly discerning global and local clients with creative, design and production standards that set new benchmarks within the market each time.

Support the Producers on deliverables through all stages of the projects.

Contribute ideas and strategies to continually innovate and evolve the way in which we produce projects for greater efficiencies and outcomes.

Support the Producers on pitches throughout the concept and design development phase including proposal documentation, budgeting, feasibility, and sourcing.

Support the Producers on the creative, design, project and production deliverables to ensure the project is executed to the Kat&Co standard.

Support on developing schedules, briefings, and onsite documentation.

Working collaboratively with the Producer, Production Manager and Design Director / Creative Director as needed on each project.

To sources, brief, liaise with and manage suppliers on and leverage those relationships to maximise value and outcomes.

Support the Producer and the team on the onsite delivery and final execution to the Kat&Co standard.

Work across multiple projects at a time across all aspects of client communication, production deliverables, budget management and final delivery.

Develop, drive and meet project timelines by managing your time efficiently and meeting all deadlines for deliverables.

Foster strong client relationships and liaise with clients in a professional and supportive way always exceeding their expectations.

Within the agency the team is required to be available to work all days and nights when an event is on, excluding times when annual leave has been approved.

Provide admin support to the Office Manager and team.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

Champion the agency’s sustainability code.

This role reports to the General Manager.
