**About the role**:
**As the Service Coordinator**, you will liaise with the Service Technicians and report to the Service Manager while being responsible for booking scheduled services, arranging for the installation of parts, notifying Service Technicians of breakdowns, and providing customers with progress updates.

- **$60,000 - $70,000 + superannuation**

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with Service Technicians to prioritise bookings
- Notify Service Technicians of breakdowns and rearrange bookings to accommodate
- Schedule part replacements
- Update customers with the progress and status of service jobs
- Schedule annual calibrations
- Input of service data into the database (simPRO)

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in Scheduling or Coordinating positions
- Previous Administration experience
- Data Entry experience with strong attention to detail
- High level of Customer Service experience
- Electrical, HVAC or Plumbing industry experience is highly desirable
- Experience using simPRO very beneficial
- Exceptional organisational skills
