**About the role**
- We are seeking a
**Teacher Aide** to undertake a range of tasks in supporting the needs of students, under the direction of the teacher, in our school.
- Duties include:_
- general classroom support (in the areas of/specialising in learning support with a focus on literacy)
- using technology to support learning activities
- Ideally you will have:_
- previous experience as a Teacher Aide and/or hold a minimum a Cert 3 in Educational Support. _Cert IV qualifications would be advantageous._
- Experience with MiniLit is desirable
- proven communication and interpersonal skills
- an understanding of the work of a primary school classroom
- a willingness to work as part of a team

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
