**About the role**
- We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an
**IT and Office Support** in our school.
This dynamic role requires a combination of technical support and administrative proficiency to ensure the smooth operation of our school's IT infrastructure and office functions.
- Key responsibilities:_

**IT Support**:

- Provide technical support to students, faculty, and staff for hardware, software
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly to minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with external vendors for hardware and software procurement.

**Network Management**:

- Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing and enforcing IT policies.
- Perform regular backups and updates to safeguard against data loss and security breaches.

**Office Administration**:

- Assist in general office tasks, including filing, data entry and record-keeping.
- Attend to the demands of the front office-answering phone, supporting parents
- Manage and coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Support administrative staff in organising events and handling communication.

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
