Cargo Crew’s now seeking a Brand Marketing Manager with experience in growing brands ideally within eCommerce, fashion, retail or hospitality industries. Cargo Crew is positioned as a fashion-forward consumer brand but at the heart a B2B business, so experience on that side of the fence will also stand you in good stead. The ability to reach and engage core customers is key to continue building the incredible brand presence already established.

**A bit about the role**:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this is an integral role leading Cargo Crew’s brand marketing efforts across Australia and supporting brand growth internationally.

Your remit will cover all brand marketing tactics and strategies through owned and earned media channels, including planning and delivery of partnerships & events, working closely with our agency on PR initiatives, responsibility for organic social media content as well as ambassadors and influencer activity. The ultimate goal will be increasing awareness of and engagement with the Cargo Crew brand.

Working within the brand guidelines, you will ensure that Cargo Crew’s tone of voice is adhered to and the brand is represented to the highest quality standards. There will be responsibility for the Brand Marketing budget in Australia, ensuring brand performance is tracked, targets are met and reported back to the business.

**If you’ve worked here this past month, here are some things you might be involved in**:

- Worked closely with the Director of Marketing to build out Cargo Crew’s Brand strategy and marketing calendar, setting targets for the new financial year.
- Met with our PR agency to discuss communications strategy for the Australian market, identifying key opportunities to increase awareness amongst our target audiences.
- Researched, contacted and send out product to social media influencers to align with the marketing calendar.
- Worked with leadership on the elements of an agreement with our celebrity ambassadors - working out how to best use their time and network for full effect.
- Support our Creative Director on the suite of assets to be produced for our new Brand Campaign, putting a plan together to support the launch and maximise reach throughout all owned, earned and paid channels.
- Align with our Social Media manager on building out organic social posts, ensure a balance of new product highlights, customer stories and any other content that increases engagement.
- Worked on brand collateral for Sales and Support teams to use when pitching new business.
- Have an understanding of Cargo Crew’s Google Analytics data and Brand Tracking tool to analyse and report back to the business on performance, and insights.

**Sounds exciting? Yes? Here’s who we’re hoping you will be**:

- 5+ years experience in brand marketing or similar, in retail, hospitality or fashion.
- 2+ years in eCommerce and / or B2B environment.
- Experience working across brand marketing channels (Social, PR, Influencers, Partnerships & Events, above the line media), reporting and setting budgets.
- Can demonstrate a proven, results-driven track record of brand marketing initiatives.
- Knowledge of using Google Analytics for tracking user journeys, reporting and gaining insights.
- Strategic thinking - know how to optimise brand media spend across channels for the biggest ROI.
- Innovative and not afraid to challenge the status quo to improve processes.
- Strong attention to detail, time management & communication skills
- You love to get stuff done, are self-motivated and a team player
