**Your new role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Sales Coordinator **to join Cleanaway’s Liquid & Technical Services (LTS) division which specialises in Liquid & Hazardous Waste Management. Assisting Laverton VIC Cleanaway branch, but supporting clients across Melbourne Metro, hence your home location is flexible within Melbourne, VIC and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will work with a team of highly driven technical professionals.

You will be responsible for:

- Assist with customer enquiries - raise & prepare customer quotations and sales orders
- Provide coordination by working closely with Technical team, Operations, Administration/Customer Service & Sales team
- Supply regular communications to the sales team on a range of CRM topics - e.g. ways to maximise system usage, functions & features, reporting and relevant updates/changes
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports or other internal reports
- Organise travel arrangements, functions/conferences, meetings, and coordinate agendas
- Identify and implement new or improved sales administration processes and procedures

**Your skills and experience**
- Experience in a similar role, Inside Sales or Field Sales role with a background to B2B selling
- Dynamic and resilient character with the ability to work autonomously
- Demonstrated ability to execute plans in timely mannerExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management, work organization and attention to detailSales / Operations / Administration skills are desirable as is experience in Waste Management
- Intermediate IT Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, some VISIO, CRM highly regarded)
