**About the Role**:
- As the **Head of Finance**, you’ll be at the helm of financial operations, ensuring long-term sustainability, strategic planning, and innovative solutions. **Your Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement long-term financial strategies, including the **Long-Term Financial Plan (LTFP)**.
- Lead a high-performing Finance team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
- Provide expert advice to Council executives, offering actionable insights and trend analysis.
- Ensure compliance with governance, risk management, and industry standards.
- Represent Lismore City Council as a position of trust by ensuring the financial integrity, transparency, and accountability of the Council’s financial management
