**The Role**

With no two days the same, the tasks you will be responsible for are;
- Opening and closing matters, conducting conflict searches
- Matter management to keep the team on top of their deadlines
- Attending to time entries, processing third party invoices, monthly billing and reporting
- Preparation of documents including letters, contracts and general correspondence
- Attending to ASIC and other third party Due Diligence searches and filings
- General adhoc administrative duties such as document management and diary management

To succeed in this role you will ideally have;
- Previous experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant/Legal Secretary, ideally within Corporate/Commercial
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise to ensure deadlines are met
- High level of attention to detail whilst working in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to working with systems (FileSite and Expert desirable), with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team whilst also autonomously at times
- Strong work ethic
