Client Engagement Officer

Our commitment to compassionate care and professional service is at the core of what we do. We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Client Engagement Officer to join our team at our Granville office.
Position Overview: As the Client Engagement Officer, you will play a key role in managing client intake for both our NDIS and Aged Care Nursing departments. This position requires attending relevant industry events, building strong relationships with potential clients and stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless intake process. You will represent Glow Healthcare at NDIS and aged care events, helping expand our reach and enhance our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the intake process for clients in the NDIS and Aged Care Nursing departments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely onboarding.
Attend and represent Glow Healthcare at aged care and NDIS events, fostering relationships with potential clients, families, and service providers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and ongoing support for clients.
Provide clients and families with detailed information about services, guiding them through the intake process.
Track and report on client intake metrics and ensure targets are met.
Assist in marketing initiatives, including participating in promotional events and activities.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in NDIS and aged care regulations.
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in client engagement, intake coordination, or a similar role within the NDIS or aged care sectors.
Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and aged care services in Australia.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients, families, and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems.
Valid driver’s licence and ability to attend events and meetings as required.

Pay: $72,760.00 - $97,036.77 per year
