About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse & Order Fulfilment superstar to ensure that all customer orders (wholesale and retail) are delivered to the end user in the most efficient manner whilst ensuring an exceptional customer experience is had. You will follow our customer journey map ensuring all orders are delivered with the relevant value add associated to the customer journey. You will need the ability make decisions when packing to ensure absolute quality and experience to the customer.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure that the customer has an exceptional experience with the brand.

Ensure that products are delivered on time and in excellent condition

Maintain an accurate inventory count with regular stock takes and very high accuracy and attention to detail when fulfilling orders and receiving stock

Manage the stock control and cleanliness of the warehouse and work area to maintain an exceptional work standard and ensure compliance to OH&S requirements

Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Develop relationships and nurture opportunities for the growth of Beforeyouspeak

Contribute as a member of team BYS in planning & daily activities

Assist in growing and managing BYS service standards and associated programs

All other tasks as reasonably required and directed by the management team

Qualifications and Experience

Ability to plan and structure days effectively

Superior all round communication skills

Basic computer skills

Direct client relations experience

A strong focus on managing and achieving outcomes

Current forklift licence, experience with electric forklift preferred but not essential

This is a Full time position based on a salary and a minimum 40 hour work week. Located in Geebung with free parking.
