We currently have an opening for a maternity leave role starting in the new year. The role will be for a minimum of 9 months with a view to permanent for those seeking a more long-term arrangement.

**About us:
A prominent brand in our sector, our company provides specialist recruitment services to the dental and medical industries. We have been established for over 20 years.

**About the role:
The position is to oversee booking and managing temporary staff for the dental industry, primarily that of Dental Assistant and Receptionists.

Ideally the role is Monday to Friday however 4 days week may be a consideration for the right person. Hours are 6.30am-3pm.

**About you:
We are seeking an engaging and energetic person, with strong attention to detail. Relevant experience whether in the recruitment industry, sales and/or customer service or dental/medical will be advantageous, so if you have the basics, we can teach you the rest

Reporting to the Director, you will be working with a team comprising 12 others to assist with the day to day running of the business.

**Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate the placement of temporary staff
- Account management
- Performance management of temporary staff
- Monitor credentialing of temporary staff
- Uploading and filling jobs using recruiting software
- Handling enquires
- End of day follow up
- Coordinate and direct support staff as needed
- Onboarding new clients

While some training will be provided, we do have some essential criteria for the person joining our team.

**Essential attributes include**:

- Minimum intermediate level computer skills not negotiable
- Prior experience with a CRM
- Strong communication skills: good phone manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Higher level customer service and problem solving
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
