With prior experience in an aligned quality role, requirements of this position include:
- Provide overall direction for the Framework and demonstrate constructive and supportive leadership behaviour to create and sustain a high-performance culture and act as required by the Delivery Contract.
- Demonstrate a positive working relationship with all stakeholders through mutual respect, common goals and ethical behaviour.
- Conduct all activities in line with the Collaborative framework as outlined in the Delivery Contract.
- Provide operational structure through the programs organisation and systems.
- Grow and manage a functional area to integrate effectively with other program functions.
- Accountable for quality, document control and completions related activities.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will possess the following competencies and experience:
- An empathetic approach to growing the careers of others.
- Tertiary qualification in engineering or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in the implementation and upkeep of quality management systems.
- Qualified Lead Auditor of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage at all levels within the organisation.
