Our client is a household name in Australia, and they are currently looking to expand their team of enthusiastic, friendly, dynamic individuals in their contact centre

This leading national communications and technology organisation prides itself in constantly challenging its staff through exceptional mentoring, support, and opportunities for progression Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking an experienced service agent to join their Canberra based team

**About the role**:
**In this role you will be**:

- Responding to all customer enquiries within the proposed timeframes, with a focus on first call resolution.
- Working across multiple platforms and CRMs to capture all customer interactions.
- Actively listen and respond to customers with solutions that best suit their needs and meets the existing Service Level Agreements
- Proactively connect with customers to keep them informed of the progress of their request

- Ability to communication professionally both internally and externally via verbal & written methods
- High level problem soling skills with the ability to work through technical issues
- Call Centre Experience is highly regarded
- ** BASELINE SECURITY CLEARANCE (obtained via the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency)**:

- Available to work a rotational roster - this will include After Business Hours & Weekends
- Confident user of Microsoft Office, CRM tools and online document management tools.

This is a full-time contract role commencing immediately, working Monday to Friday on a 7AM to 7PM rotational roster.
