SACARE have proudly been appointed the Shared On-Site Support Provider (Concierge) for 14, brand new two-bedroom apartments, located at Salisbury.

The Concierge model is designed by the NDIS to allow a group of clients to live in the privacy of their own apartments, but with access to **unplanned** supports, to complement their primary planned support provider.

To support the Concierge Support Service, sacare are seeking a** Community Leader - Concierge Care **to oversee daily operations, staffing and service delivery.

This leadership position will require you to be the ‘face’ of SACARE for all tenants in supporting Concierge staff to deliver this new, innovative onsite service.

**Community Leader** - **Concierge Care will be responsible for**:

- The planning and implementation of sacare’s Concierge service across multiple sites
- Tenant liaison and management
- Leading the concierge team
- Rostering and scheduling of concierge services
- The organisation of staff ‘Meet & Greet’s with tenants
- Helping to build a community amongst tenants via regular gatherings/catch ups.
- Lead stakeholder discussion forums (Support Coordinators, Allied Health)
- The management of Tenant Concierge Service Agreements
- Site specific documentation auditing, updating and review

You must be well presented, highly organised and possess the relevant skills, qualifications and experience to provide support to staff and tenants.

This position is based at Broadview, SA however it requires frequent travel to and remote work in Salisbury, and additional sites in the future. An ability to travel to different locations at short notice is essential. You will have daily access to a company vehicle to assist you to perform the role.

**Essentials requirements**:

- Current NDIS Workers Clearance
- Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Manual Handling Certificate
- Unrestricted Driver’s License
- 3 years minimum experience working in the Disability and care sector
- An evident passion and commitment to your role
- The ability to empower tenants and encourage independence through a person-centred approach
- Reliability and adaptability to meet the needs of the tenants
- The ability to build rapport and engage with a diverse range of individuals
- Highly developed organisational skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
