We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible **VR Activities Coordinator** to join our team during the school holidays This role involves delivering exciting VR experiences to children in schools and OSHC programs around Adelaide.

**The Role**
As a VR Activities Coordinator, you’ll start your day by collecting the company vehicle from our site in Clarence Gardens. You’ll drive to various schools or OSHC locations, set up and facilitate fun, educational VR sessions, then return the vehicle and equipment to Clarence Gardens at the end of the day. You will play a key role in ensuring students have an engaging, safe, and enjoyable VR experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect and return the company vehicle from Clarence Gardens each day.
- Drive to various schools or OSHC locations to deliver pre-scheduled VR sessions.
- Set up, manage, and facilitate VR experiences for children in school or OSHC settings.
- Provide guidance and instructions to students and staff on using the VR equipment.
- Ensure the safe and correct use of the VR equipment and maintain control of group activities.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues that may arise during the sessions.
- Pack down equipment at the end of each session and ensure it is safely stored for transportation.
- Return the vehicle and equipment to Clarence Gardens at the end of the day.
- Provide feedback to the Program Manager on the outcomes of each session and suggest improvements if necessary.
- as needed.
- Return the equipment and vehicle to the site at the end of each day.

**About You** We are looking for someone who is:

- Enthusiastic about working with children and delivering engaging activities.
- Comfortable managing groups of students in a school or OSHC setting.
- A confident driver, capable of navigating to various locations in Adelaide.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to clearly communicate instructions.
- Reliable and punctual, with strong time-management skills.
- Trustworthy to operate professionally and with the upmost integrity.

**What You’ll Need**:

- DHS Working with Children clearance
- A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Experience working with children or young people in a school, OSHC, or similar environment.
- Basic understanding of VR systems (training provided).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work full days during school holidays (8:30 AM to 4:00 PM).
