**Enterprise & Training Company Limited (ETC)** are looking for a passionate, committed, and engaging **Youth Engagement Advisor to based in our Ipswich office to work across the Wivenhoe Region**.** This role is part of the **Transition to Work (TtW) Program**, which provides support and coaching to youth (age 15-24) to develop the skills needed to move towards obtaining sustainable employment or training outcomes.

As a **Youth Engagement Advisor** you will develop and maintain strategic alliances with various community and educational groups to support direct registration of disengaged youth into the TtW program.

ETC offer in-depth training, so while previous experience in Employment Services is a bonus, it isn't a prerequisite for the role, but there are some essential requirements, which are:

- ** A current Working with Children QLD Blue Card**:

- ** A recent, clear National Police Check**:

- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
- Current Drivers Licence and the ability to travel between different ETC sites
