We are now searching for a
Youth Job Placement Advisor to work in the
Transition to Work (TTW) Program, providing support and coaching to youth (age to develop the skills needed to move towards obtaining sustainable employment or training outcomes.


This office based role involves working with our customers to provide education, coaching and support to help them develop the skills, attitudes and behaviours expected by employers while assessing any barriers they have to employment.

This is done through the facilitation of one-on-one appointments and group sessions.


This is a
full-time position with the added benefit if a
monthly accrued day off and is based in our
Ipswich office.

ETC offer in-depth training, but there are some essential requirements, which are:

  • Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
  • Strong administration skills
  • A recent, clear National Police Check
  • A current Working with Children Check / QLD Blue Card
  • Current Driver's Licence and the ability to travel between different ETC sites
