Warehouse Coordinator

**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking of all products
- Coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Oversee the receiving and processing of incoming shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Experience using forklift and pallet jack to unload pallets from shipping containers
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
- Train and supervise warehouse staff as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient flow of goods in and out of the warehouse
- Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities
- Ability to operate a small truck with crane to unload and load pallets in varying conditions and locations across QLD

**Qualifications**:

- Fork Lift Licence
- MR Licence
- Construction White/Safety Card/Current Police Check
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse management or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Virginia, QLD 4014: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
