**About the role**:
As the Warehouse Supervisor for our Acratex business in Virginia, QLD, you will be responsible for the for the day-to-day supervision of warehouse operations including stock management, despatch & order preparation to complete the daily delivery schedule. You will be a proactive manager of our permanent and casual workforce. The role is day shift with hours of 6.30am - 3pm Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring process level Regulatory, Safety and Quality standards are met. They support warehouse-oriented Fatality Prevention and Injury Prevention Protocols for the site
- Coordinating advanced problem-solving and continuous improvement activities across the Warehousing and Despatch areas and help facilitate the site’s “can-do” capability
- Embedding the principles of standard work and operator-led maintenance within the Warehouse System
- Representing Acratex Virginia in relevant site and public forums and working with other site leaders to help ensure we deliver our Business objectives

**Skills & Experience**
- Excellent People Management skills
- Related experience in Warehousing or storage
- Problem solving and troubleshooting
- Forklift License
- Confident communications and the natural ability to build rapport
